The Holmes Museum
is open to the public from: Monday -Friday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Closed
Saturday and Sunday.)
The Museum is closed in
June, July and August. Groups tours are welcome with a two week notice.
The museum is free to
the public, donations are accepted.

Carving A Culture: The Asmat Way
An exhibition showing the wood carving aspects of the Asmat culture, including bis poles, mourning rituals, symbolism, fertility and the myth of the Asmat Creator Fumeripitsj. Neff Hall, 1st floor main gallery, open 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Closed during the summer except by advance appointment.
